3Bridges Board and Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of incoming CEO Raj Nair.
With extensive experience in the for-profit and notforprofit sectors, working for organisations in areas as diverse as disability services, education, manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Raj has the expertise and experience to grow 3Bridges while continuing to retain the high standards 3Bridges upholds in servicing the community.
“Raj has been acting as the Financial Services Director since early July and has demonstrated a clear understanding of 3Bridges strategic priorities,” said Catriona Barry, 3Bridges Chairperson.
“During this time Raj has gained the respect of many 3Bridges staff and volunteers and has shown he is passionate about the work our team performs for the community we serve.”
With qualifications in finance and accounting, Raj has held various senior roles focused on business transformation and development, operations, performance improvement, financial sustainability, compliance, and governance requirements.
Raj was the Chief Operating Officer for RSL NSW for almost 4 year and has held senior leadership positions in not for profit organisations including Northcott and Learning Links. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Master of Finance & Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration.
“I look forward to doing all I can to ensure those in need of support, have their needs met,” said Raj Nair, incoming CEO. “This will be achieved by continuing to providequality service, initiating innovative programs promoting inclusion and diversity, advocating to those in power and most importantly, listening to our 3Bridges Community.”
Raj Nair commences his role as CEO on 30 October, 2020.
