Standing at the crossroad of the spiritualism and materialism, this book has presented the spirituality and thoughtfulness in a practical and scientific way. Only by striking a balance between these two aspects, a man in the modern world can be disciplined, happy, and successful. Such 25 formulas are put forward in this book exploring the simple methods of successful life.
This book includes simple formulas that guide us how to maintain balance between work and rest, time and circumstance, psychology and body, and wealth and health. Life is a balance among mind, wisdom, scene, speech, and audio. Furthermore, this book features even the principles that guide us to activate life through the balance between the senses of actions and senses of organs. Freedom from worries, after the whole day’s activity and restfulness is the significance of life. Making life energetic to the maximum building a dam with self-discipline to stop a life flowing like a river unstrained is a success of life.
